Compact cottage garden in the historic Avenues neighborhood.  Great care was taken into making this micro yard feel like an expansive garden for the owner - me!  When I bought the property the entire front yard was a heat island of rocks.  Over time, it was slowly transformed into a cottage garden - while still keeping water use in mind.
